DMSI is a custom software solutions design firm utilizing the power of Alpha Software
for both desktop and web based applications. We also provide continued support for all previous
versions (including DOS applications and conversions from DOS to Windows)

Our Mission

To provide business owners and professional practitioners with an affordable alternative to "off the rack" software. Our process begins with an analysis of your automation requirements, equipment, network design, and review of your program specifications. After a review of these items, we provide you with a quote for the design (or conversion) of your system. During the development process, we conference with you frequently to assure compliance with your specific preferences and needs. The "beta" version is usually installed within a few weeks of the contract date. This gives you the opportunity of reviewing our work in progress and minimizes errors in the overall design. When completed, we install the final version on your system via remote communications. We also provide continuous support for our clients through annually renewable support contracts.

Company Profile

Data Management Solutions, Inc. was begun in 1988 in New Jersey by our president, John Lemisch. The company moved its' primary office to Florida in 1997 where it continues to provide services throughout the United States, Canada, and the Tropics. The extensive business background of our president gives DMSI an "edge" in system design; we do NOT have to be taught about your business! Mr. Lemisch began his career in 1970 in the Philadelphia, Pa. area as a business consultant. He has had the opportunity of consulting with most industries/professions through the years and has an educational background in Law, Accounting, Marketing, and Business Administration.

Message from the President

Over the years, I have often been asked "why custom software"? My answer is that custom software
allows the client to have a system specifically designed for their use. This means that the system will
include ALL of the features required to operate their business or practice most effectively. New
features can be added as they are NEEDED, and our response is not "well, maybe with the next release",
or, "we have no plans to include that feature". We are always being asked by our clients to write new
reports and modules for their systems to meet the growth of their companies. This is simply NOT possible
with packaged software. The systems we create are NEVER encrypted, allowing anyone with a basic
knowledge of database design the opportunity of adding or changing their system without additional cost.
Those of our clients who have support contracts with us can receive these services under the contract,
thereby limiting the on-going cost of system maintenance. We are also frequently asked "why do you use
Alpha Software for your design engine"? The answer is quite simple. Using Alpha Software has always
provided us with the speed of design required to provide cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Additionally, we have never had a request that we have not been able to create using Alpha Software.
