Client Comments: DMSI's solution for our marina business has been our operational software for fifteen years. It is our main administrative application and has been flawless in providing us with the information we need to remain profitable. We began with an early DOS version, and are now operating in Windows 2000/XP. We have upgraded our application several times and enjoy the benefits of a support contract. After a few consultations, we decided that we needed something much different from the original program or any of the packages available, so they designed a complete program specifically for us. The cost of developing OUR specific program was less costly than purchasing a package program. We have been modifying the program as our needs dictate (we did purchase a support contract) and utilize the "offsite storage" services offered. DMSI repairs our data as needed and maintains a copy of our data files on their server as a backup. The response time on requests has been incredible and we are now renewing our support contract with them. "The best IT services we have ever received". We were first DOS-based, then upgraded to Windows. We have had the system updated over the years and have made additions and changes to the system.
